  Purchased phones only to get them home and have no service, has to go back to our previous carrier. AT&T bought our other phones on their buyback program. However would do nothing to get them back to us so we could turn into previous carrier. They have NO customer service and do nothing to help resolve issue. Going to end up costing us over $1000 because AT& T screwed us and don't care. Wasnt till 3 trip in store did they finally have a manager that worked only to find she was much worse at customer service that the other employees. She pretty much said sorry dont care, your screwed. Would never recommend to anyone.

  We got a 2 year contract, my brand new phone S4 active. The camera went out within 1.5 months. Battery overheated and almost burnt me. I took it back twice they kept saying the apps turned themselves on and overheated the processor. They wanted me to use my insurance at 100-200.00 after spending that much or more buying it? really What should've happened isI got a new phone to replace the defective one . Second issues they said we used more data than we paid for, so we increased our data they still said we went over on a. Phone that had been broken 3 out of 4 weeks?
