Neither of us had ever been to a big sandy store before, and we were blown away with the amazing customer service. The sales associates were very helpful without being overbearing, and they answered all of our questions and guided us to the product that best fit our needs. We left the store having bought everything we needed in one stop for our new home. We had a wonderful experience and will going back again soon.
